Aloke Panikar, holds over 25 years’ experience across advertising, media planning, marketing, digital remittances, and the digital transformation of businesses. Aloke most recently set up and run an audience management firm.

Kanishka Dasgupta holds over 30 years of experience across advertising, communication, creative and strategy. While working extensively on brand building across India and Nepal, he has bagged several international and national accolades for his campaigns.

Kanishka was the country head Nepal for the largest and oldest apex business organization of India, Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry, for seven years, building conducive business relations and creating opportunities for both countries.

Most recently he was associated with the leading digital advertising firm in Nepal in the capacity of chief strategist. He successfully handled a range of pioneering digital communications campaigns during his tenure while innovatively transforming clients into digital communications adepts to create growth and develop the market for digital first solutions.
