Its main responsibility will be to assist the Company’s users for Salesforce for all the Region, follow up and verify the correct execution for Salesforce projects. It will be the first contact between the internal customer and the partners and/or the manufacturer of the product.

 

Main Responsibilities

As a part of a dynamic international team that works across all strategic and product initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include:

 

  • Collaborate with Creative Strategists to help the biggest agencies understand the full scope of possibilities that Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Snapchat offer
  • Study design briefs and determine requirements
  • Schedule projects and define budget constraints
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
  • Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs
  • Determinate and use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
  • Work with Baltics and in-house teams to produce final design using best practice examples
  • Test graphics across various media
  • Amend designs after feedback
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

 

Core and Functional Skills and Knowledge

  • Proven graphic designing experience
  • Minimum 2 years proficiency in graphic and/or motion designing
  • A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
  • Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details
  • Ability to efficiently communicate internally and externally with excellent communication skills in English
  • Detail-oriented and able to successfully manage and execute multiple cross-functional projects
  • Positive attitude with a drive to go above and beyond
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
  • Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus

Main Responsibilities

You will be a part of a dynamic team that works across Facebook ad product initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and manage the strategic relationships with our key native advertisers and agencies
  • Consult key native advertisers and agencies on how to leverage the Facebook platform with the objective of growing their business or delivering business and marketing objectives
  • Educate advertisers and agencies on our products through onsite presentations and one-on-one trainings
  • Track revenue performance across the business portfolio, determine and action corrective measures where needed
  • Ownership over the commercial success, full accountability, and strategic steering of short-term and long-term KPIs.
  • Resolve client issues in an efficient, tactful manner, support the implementation of solutions that prevent future problems
  • Advise, consult, and improve organizational effectiveness
  • Work closely with cross-functional project teams to maintain continuous product knowledge

 

Core and Functional Skills and Knowledge

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences or similar
  • Minimum 5 years of Sales experience, focused on large accounts: creating, maintaining and enhancing customer relationships
  • Proven expertise with online advertising, analytics and social media (Facebook, Google advertising)
  • You have strong commercial skills (responsible for direct revenue)
  • You demonstrated the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • You possess solid project management skills
  • Ability to manage large customer relationships, and manage through conflict, driving groups to collective business decision
  • You can efficiently communicate internally and externally with excellent communication skills in English and Russian.
  • Outstanding knowledge of trends, markets and opportunities
  • Positive attitude with a drive to go above and beyond
